BRC fosters healthy and supportive relationships between mentors and mentees and builds a sense of community while youth move through challenging life transitions. BRC is where leaders and role models are nourished, community is built, and horizons expand.

Charity leads with love, giving mentors and mentees alike a model of how to listen and learn. She gives everyone a sense of ownership and, more importantly, a belief in our own ability to grow.
— Gail, Mentor
We had the opportunity to present a Know Your Rights training, where we reviewed constitutional protections and trainees’ rights when interacting law enforcement. There was rich discussion and cross-cultural dialogue examining authority, power, and privilege. We appreciated the invitation to connect with such wonderful people in our community.
